Berry & yoghurt Oats

A quick and delicious breakfast for those busy mornings.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup oats
  2. A handful of berries, of your choice (can be defrosted from frozen)
  3. 2 tbsp yoghurt
  4. A pinch of cinnamon

  1. 1/2 cup oats
  2. A handful of berries, of your choice (can be defrosted from frozen)
  3. 2 tbsp yoghurt
  4. A pinch of cinnamon

Recipe

  • Wash oats and add to a bowl.  Add a little water and cook covered in microwave for around 1 minute
  • Mix oats with a spoon to relieve of steam
  • Top with yoghurt
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon
  • Add berries on top.
