Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs can be a great breakfast option! They are quick and easy to make, and can provide a good source of protein to help you feel full and energized throughout the morning.

Ingredients

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 1 tablespoon of butter
  3. 1 tablespoon of milk
  4. Salt and pepper

Recipe

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk and whisk them together with a fork until the whites and yolks are well combined

  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
  • Once the butter is melted, Pour the eggs into the skillet and let them cook undisturbed for about 10-15 seconds until they start to set around the edges

  • Use a spatula to gently push the cooked edges of the eggs towards the center of the pan, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges. Repeat this process until the eggs are mostly cooked but still slightly runny

  • Turn off heat once all of the egg is cooked

  • Season the scrambled eggs with salt and pepper to taste

  • To make the sauce

    1. Add honey to the stove and a tiny bit of soy sauce, white vinegar and salt
    2. Don’t over-cook it like I have!
    3. Mix in the chicken and toss
