Fruit & nut cereal

A simple and quick breakfast which won’t disappoint

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup low-sugar cereal 
  2. 1/2 handful of nuts (unsalted, unroasted)
  3. 1/2 handful of seasonal fruits
  4. Toppings (e.g. flax seeds, cinnamon)
  5. 1/2 handful of coconut flakes
  6. Milk (cow’s, almond)

Recipe

  • Pour cereal into a bowl
  • Add almonds, flax seeds, coconut flakes (or toppings of your choice)
  • Top with fruits – blueberries and kiwifruit
  • Pour in milk and enjoy a great start to your day!
