  1. 1/2 cup mixed nuts
  2. A fistful of fruit (e.g. mango, blueberries)
  3. A handful of soaked chia or basil seeds
  4. 1/4 cup blueberries

Recipe

  • Pour mixed nuts into a bowl
  • Add chia or lotus seeds and toss
  • Add fruit on top
