Referesh-yourself smoothie

A balance of greens, fruits and liquids to nourish you any time of the day

Ingredients

  1. Handful of spinach leaves
  2. 1/2 cup coconut water
  3. 1/4 cup blueberries
  4. 1/4 cup kiwifruit
  5. 5-6 strawberries
  6. 1 tbsp yoghurt
  7. 1 tbsp supplementary powder (e.g. Acai)

Recipe

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or Nutri Bullet and turn on to whisk together!  Make sure you do it long enough to get the chunks out to make it easy to swallow.

Serve chilled and enjoy the boost to your energy and metabolism!
