Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
 - A handful of berries, of your choice (can be defrosted from frozen)
 - 2 tbsp yoghurt
 - A pinch of cinnamon

- Wash oats and add to a bowl. Add a little water and cook covered in microwave for around 1 minute
 - Mix oats with a spoon to relieve of steam
 - Top with yoghurt
 - Sprinkle with cinnamon
 - Add berries on top.
