Chocolate-coated truffles

Simply delicious with a great appearance, perfect for gifts and entertaining.

Ingredients

  1. 400 g pre-bought truffles
  2. A handful of ground pistachio
  3. A handful of whole pistachios
  4. 100 g / 1/2 cup milk chocolate

Recipe

01.

  • Roll the pre-made truffles into balls

  • Melt the chocolate until its smooth but still thick

03.

  • Roll the truffle balls around in the melted chocolate and take out with a spoon to give the textured effect

04.

  • Roll some of the balls (when hardened a little but still soft) in ground pistachio
  • Press a whole pistachio into other truffles for variety

Be prepared for your guests to be seriously impressed!
