 - 100 g / 1/2 cup milk chocolate

Recipe

- Roll the pre-made truffles into balls

- Melt the chocolate until its smooth but still thick
 
															03.
- Roll the truffle balls around in the melted chocolate and take out with a spoon to give the textured effect
 
															04.
- Roll some of the balls (when hardened a little but still soft) in ground pistachio
 - Press a whole pistachio into other truffles for variety
