Fruit Smoothie

A simple, healthy and delicious drink to enjoy at any time of year

Ingredients

  1. Flaxseed
  2. Blueberry
  3. Vanilla yoghurt
  4. Dragon fruit (or other fruit of your choice)
  5. Banana

Ingredients

  2. Blueberry

  4. Dragon fruit (or other fruit of your choice)

Recipe

01.

  • Add all the above ingredients in to a blender

  • Blend ingredients until the smoothie is fully blended

02.

  • Pour the smoothie into glasses, then top with fresh fruit and serve

Lie back, cross your legs and enjoy this as a reward for a hard days’ work!
