- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup kiwifruit
- 5-6 strawberries
- 1 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tbsp supplementary powder (e.g. Acai)

- Add all ingredients to a blender or Nutri Bullet and turn on to whisk together! Make sure you do it long enough to get the chunks out to make it easy to swallow.
