Tropical Dragon Fruit Smoothie

A very smooth smoothie that will go down a treat!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup frozen pineapple
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1/4 cup protein powder
  4. 1 cup coconut milk
  5. 1 tbsp lime juice
  6. 1 cup cubed frozen mango

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup frozen pineapple
  2. 1 banana

Recipe

  • Slice the dragon fruit, pineapple and mango into cubes. Transfer into a blender. Add banana & protein powder

  • Add the coconut milk and lime juice

  • Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • If the mixture is too thick,  add a little more coconut milk

Serve with white or brown rice or noodles and enjoy!
