- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup cubed frozen mango

- Slice the dragon fruit, pineapple and mango into cubes. Transfer into a blender. Add banana & protein powder

- Add the coconut milk and lime juice

- Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut milk

Serve with white or brown rice or noodles and enjoy!
