Ingredients
- 1 lb / 450 g beef
 - 2 tsp black bean garlic sauce
 - 1 cup snow peas
 - 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
 - 1 cup red bell pepper / capsicum
 - 2 tsp corn starch mixed in water
 - 2 tsp oil
 - Beef stock with sauce mixture
- 1 & 1/2 cup beef stock
 - 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
 - 1/2 tsp sesame oil

 - 2 tsp vegetable oil
 - Beef stock with sauce mixture
- 1 & 1/2 cup beef stock
 - 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
 - 1/2 tsp sesame oil
 
 
Recipe

- Sear the beef on both sides until browned

- Add onion and capsicum into wok

- Add the beef to the vegetables and add the beef stock and black bean sauce
 - Stir fry for around 5 minutes
