- 1/2 cup rice
 - 1 tbsp ginger
 - 1 tbsp garlic
 - 1/4 cup mixed veggies
 - 1/2 onion
 - 1 egg

Recipe

- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and garlic and ginger pastes

- Add vegetables of your choice and cook for 5-10 minutes

- Whisk egg and add to a separate pan. Once the bottom starts to cook and gel together, move the egg around to create large chunks of cooked egg (i.e. scramble)

- Add the egg and boiled rice to the onion and vegetable mixture
 - Add oil and salt and “fry” for around 5 minutes
