Baked Salmon

A heathy protein and omega-3 packed dish, this is equally good for the taste buds and body

Ingredients

  1. 1 & 1/2 pound salmon fillet
  2. 1 hole lemon in slices
  3. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. 2 cloves garlic
  6. 2 tbsp butter

Recipe

01.

  • Place the salmon on a piece of foil set on a baking tray
  • Sprinkle seasoning on it
  • Combine the minced garlic with melted butter and lemon juice in a small bowl. Brush the mixture over the salmon

  • Place the lemon slices on the top of the salmon

  • Wrap it up and bake for 13-15 minutes at 400 degrees F / 200 Celsius

  • Turn on the grill and set it to 450 degree F / 230 Celsius. Open up the foil so that the salmon is exposed and place it under the grill for 3-4 minutes

  • Carefully remove salmon from the foil and sprinkle fresh parsley on top

Serve with white or brown rice and enjoy!
