Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 pound salmon fillet
 - 1 hole lemon in slices
 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 2 cloves garlic
 - 2 tbsp butter

- Place the salmon on a piece of foil set on a baking tray
 - Sprinkle seasoning on it
 - Combine the minced garlic with melted butter and lemon juice in a small bowl. Brush the mixture over the salmon

- Place the lemon slices on the top of the salmon

Wrap it up and bake for 13-15 minutes at 400 degrees F / 200 Celsius
Turn on the grill and set it to 450 degree F / 230 Celsius. Open up the foil so that the salmon is exposed and place it under the grill for 3-4 minutes

Carefully remove salmon from the foil and sprinkle fresh parsley on top
Serve with white or brown rice and enjoy!
