															Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
 - 1 egg
 - 2 chicken breasts
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1 cup four

Recipe
01.
- Remove any fat from the chicken
 - Slice it thinly
 - Salt generously and rub in

The chopping board and knife should go straight in the sink, for hygiene purposes
															02.
- Add egg to milk and mix
 - Pour flour and breadcrumbs on a sheet of baking paper (for easy disposal later)

															03.
- Using a fork, tongs or your hands, coat the schnitzel first in flour
 - Dip it in the egg/milk mixture
 - Next, coat the chicken in breadcrumbs
 - Make sure you coat the sides

															04.
- Add the schnitzel pieces to a saucepan with a generous amount of oil for frying (make sure the oil is hot, using a pinch of breadcrumbs which fizzle)
 - Include as many pieces as you can – they won’t stick to each other
 - Fry for 5 minutes a side, 3 times (first side, second side and first side again)
 - Make sure they’re crispy brown

															05.
- Using tongs, remove the chicken pieces from the saucepan, making sure the oil drips off
 - Place the schnitzel on paper towels to soak up excess oil
