Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
 - 1 green chilli
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 2 tsp garam masala
 - 4-6 tsp curry powder
 - 2 tsp tomato paste
 - 2 tbsp butter
 - 2 pound chicken breast/drumsticks
 - 1 medium onion
 - 1 clove of garlic
 - 2 tbsp ginger

- In a pan, melt butter. Add onions, ginger, garlic and chili and fry for 5 minutes.

- Add the spices, tomato paste and salt, then stir to combine. Cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.

- Add the chicken and stir to coat. Cook chicken for a few minutes until brown. Add a bit of water if the pan burns.

Add the coconut milk, bring to a boil and cover for 20 minutes.
															Serve with white or brown rice and some lassi or chai
