- Boil the pasta according to packet instructions or until al dente (still firm)
- Drain in a colander/sieve and set aside

- Dice and cook your bacon (leave this out for a vegetarian option or substitute with veggies such as peas and corn)

- Whisk eggs and cheese together to form the sauce

Add garlic to saucepan and cook for 1 minute. Add pasta back to pot, mix in with garlic and turn off heat
Pour the sauce over the top and stir constantly to prevent the egg from sticking to the pan and scrambling
- Turn on heat to low and keep stirring, to ensure that the egg is heated
