Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red onion
 - 300 g / 10 oz elbow macaroni
 - 1/2 cup carrot
 - 3 tbsp dressing (of your choice)
 - 1/4 cup celery
 - 1/4 cup bell pepper / capsicum

- Cook macaroni according to packet instructions (usually boil for 10 minutes) and add salt and oil in the process
 - Drain and cool macaroni
 - Toss in with other ingredients
 - Season with salt and pepper
